Small group training

Level 1

Strong emphasis on ball handling, skill, speed, confidence, and freedom of expression. 

Level 2

 Developing a strong work ethic while enhancing their capacity in all areas of focus (see "About SSF"). 

Group placement is dependent upon age and skill level (TBD by head trainer after evaluation)

Training Days/Times

 Mon to Fri 4pm - 8pm (1 hour sessions) 

Team Training (Min 10 players; max 14 players)

 Technical - Passing, Controlling, Ball handling, Finishing


Fitness - Speed, Agility, Strengthening, Conditioning


Tactical - Offensive and defensive team principles

Movement - maintaining possession, positioning 

Selecting a Package

12 sessions (3x/week) - Choose from:

Session 1 - Mon or Tues | Session 2 - Wed or Thurs | Session 3 - Fri 

8 sessions (2x/week) - Choose from:

Session 1 - Mon or Tues | Session 2 - Wed or Thurs  

Drop-ins: Mon-Fri based on availability
